CushionCraft® Product Warranty  

CushionCraft® brand products are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 3 years from purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. CushionCraft® warrants it will replace without charge any CushionCraft® brand product that is not merchantable because of defects in materials and workmanship. All textiles and soft goods eventually show signs of typical wear-and-tear, which is to be expected, and is not covered under our warranty. Start your projects with the confidence that CushionCraft® products will provide years of enjoyment under normal use.

CushionCraft® Foam is not warranted against damage due to improper installation, incorrect sizing, damage due to water or other contaminants, or normal wear and tear. In the event of a manufacturing defect CushionCraft® will provide a replacement product as the sole and exclusive remedy. Labor, other materials, or cost of installation or removal are not covered by the warranty.
